DNA Leader

A person who leads a same gender triad to discovering God through His word, nurture one another's heart through speaking the truth in love, and acting in obedience to that which God has called us to do.

While continuing to faithfully display the characteristics of a disciple, a DNA Leader should be able to fulfill these further personal qualities.
Leadership Responsibility

The primary leadership responsibility for a DNA leader is to lead others.
Ministerial Responsibility

Lead a same gender triad to discovering God through His word, nurture one anothers heart through speaking the truth in love, and acting in obedience to that which God has called us to do.

Skills

Primary skill to be trained is one of connection.  By God's grace and His indwelling spirit, to connect others with the Gospel in everyday life.
Scripture Focus

We select the book of Acts for a DNA Leader because of it's focus on the history of the church through the indwelling power of the Holy Spirit.
Stewardship

Faithful steward of the gifts of a small, same gender group

Becoming fluent in the gospel happens when after believing it, we intentionally rehearse it (to ourselves and to others) and immerse ourselves in its truths. Then, we can start to see how everything in our lives is transformed by the hope of the gospel.
