Coronavirus update

Faith Family,

We pray we find each of you abiding in Christ and Christ abiding in you.  This past Sunday, the Church Leadership Ministry Team (CLMT) continued our conversation in regards to what our next steps will be as we seek to return to gathering as a faith family on Sunday mornings. A motion was passed to continue to extend the process of gatherings.

We will continue our Gatherings at 10:30am on Sunday Mornings.  Therefore, all who desire to join us live at 10:30am to join us. Our continued recommendations is that those who are the most vulnerable would use wisdom and discretion in your return to physically gathering.  For all of you who will return to gather with us, we will continue to implement certain protocols for the foreseen future.  Due to these protocols, we recommend all of you to come earlier than normal so that we can get everyone processed without delaying the service.  However, you can help with self-evaluations prior to coming as you help us love one another to the very best of our ability.  Everyone will be prescreened for temperature and for any symptoms or situations that may help limit exposure.  As expected, if you have experienced any symptoms or been around any one who has experienced symptoms, we ask that you please remain home and join us online.  We will continue to emphasize social distancing between families. We will continue to keep contact to surfaces to an absolute minimum so all necessary doors will remain open or be opened for you.  The Lord's Supper and our giving opportunities will have modifications that will be announced during our gatherings.

We will begin to provide space for our Adult Bible Studies to gather on June 28th.  Some of the gathering spaces may change but we will let you know if any changes are made.  We are allowing our Students to gather on Wednesday Nights at 6pm in the Student Center.  However, there will continue to be no children activities due to the availability of servants and responses from our families.  We will not be able to provide masks but recommend you to wear masks if you desire and have them available.

We love you and are looking forward to gathering once again to share in worshiping our Lord and Savior together.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!

In Christ Alone!
