Coach
A person who trains leaders on how to most effectively make disciples to reach the people God has called them to reach.
While continuing to faithfully display the characteristics of a disciple, lead a DNA, and a Missional Community Leader, a coach should be able to fulfill these further personal qualities.
Leadership Responsibility

The primary leadership responsibility for a Coach is to lead leaders.
Ministerial Responsibility
​
To train leaders on how to most effectively make disciples to reach the people God has called them to reach.
Discipleship
​
To understand and apply systematic and biblical theology, and teaches spiritual disciplines.
Vision
​
Contextualizes vision for various MC's to work collaboratively to reach a region.
Strategy
​
Design a ministry strategy and implements the strategy with a diverse group of people inside Missional Communities.
Colloboration
​
Works THROUGH Leaders.
People Development
​
While maintaining personal willingness to be developed, the Coach works through leaders to duplicate the process.
Skills
​
Primary skill to be trained is one of strategy. By God's grace and His indwelling spirit, to create and implement a strategy so that leaders would be capable of making disciples.
Scripture Focus
​
We select the book of Nehemiah for an MC Leader because of it's focus on leadership.
Stewardship
​
To be a faithful steward of their personal giftedness while faithfully stewarding the resources of the church.
