Our Purpose:
The Children's Ministry of Pine Summit Baptist Church exists to encourage, help, and teach children to develop a passion for God where they long to be at His feet learning His truths, so that they will be prepared to take a stand for Christ in the world we live in. <Based on Luke 2:41-52>
Worshipping Together
Families are important to the Children's Ministry of Pine Summit Baptist Church, because this ministry exists to reaffirm the Christian lessons being taught at home. We desire to include parents in this ministry by having them serve with our children, parent meetings and newsletter that includes parenting tips, devotional ideas, upcoming events, and activities so parents are tuned-in to what's going on.

Weekly Schedule
Sundays
9:00 am
During our Sunday School hour, kids meet in age appropriate small and large groups
and study a new Christian characteristic each month through our Bible based curriculum.
During this hour, kids are challenged to memorize scripture, spend quiet time with God,
and through life application studies build relationships with one another.
The main focus of this hour revolves around these basic facts--that we trust God no matter what,
that we need to make wise choices, and that we need to treat others the way we want to be treated.
10:45 am
This is a time for Kindergarten - 4th graders to reflect on lessons learned throughout
the month in both Sunday School and Junior Church.
We worship, pray, dive into God's Word, and have a ton of fun.
Children will leave on Sunday morning having met God in a relevant environment.
5:00 pm
A kid's ministry is all about having fun while discovering God's truth.
Our club meetings are so exciting that kids just can't wait to come back for more!
The best part is that while having an awesome time, the kids are learning and growing.
Our goal is to reach boys and girls that God is real, He loves them
and has expressed that love through His son, Jesus Christ.
Every club night is an adventure: in Game Time, Hand-book Time and Story Time.
Children are building solid Christian relationships with others.
We meet on Sunday evenings during the school year from 5:00 - 7:15 pm.

Children in Action is a missions based program for children in kindergarten - 4th grade.
Kids are challenged to develop a mission mind for Pensacola and the world.
